At Perfume Cartel, we are dedicated to ensuring your chosen fragrances arrive safely and promptly. This shipping policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for the delivery of your orders.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days of confirmation.

  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

In-store Pickups:

If you have selected to have your goods picked up, you'll receive an email notification when your order is ready, and please bring your order confirmation email for collection.

Our Australian Pickup location is in Strathfield NSW 2135. Address of warehouse will be provided upon order confirmation.

Pickup hours are: 

Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Options and Delivery Times:

  • We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping: Metro - up to 7 business days | Outside of Metro areas - 7-14 business days

    • International Shipping: 14-26 business days (where applicable)

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing may affect delivery.

  • We do not ship to Parcel Lockers.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on:
    • The weight and dimensions of your order.
    • The destination address.
    • The selected shipping method.
    • And/or any flat fees set.
  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • We may offer free shipping for orders that meet certain criteria. If that is the case, the criteria will be clearly displayed on the website.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Please note that some destinations may have shipping restrictions or limitations.

International Shipping:

All international orders outside of Australia will be shipped from our Dubai location.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs processing times may vary and are beyond our control.

  • Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to inspections by customs authorities.

Tracking Your Order:

  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Tracking information may take some time to become available.

Shipping Issues:

  • If you experience any shipping issues, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our customer service team at sales@perfumecartel.com.au.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

  • If a package is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the damaged package, and the damaged product, and send those photos to our customer service email address.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered.
