At Perfume Cartel, we believe finding your signature scent should be an enjoyable experience. We also believe in being upfront about our policies, ensuring clarity and trust. Here's how we handle returns and exchanges:
Choosing Your Perfect Scent:
We encourage you to explore our detailed fragrance descriptions and notes. Due to the intimate nature of perfume, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind or accidental selections.
When Things Aren't Quite Right:
If your fragrance arrives flawed, doesn't match its description, or fails to meet expected performance, we're here to make it right. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery to discuss potential exchanges or store credit options.
Our Return & Exchange Guidelines:
- Return Window: If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery to request a return.
- Shipping for Returns: If you're returning a fragrance due to personal preference or an ordering error, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns due to our error, shipping costs may be covered by Perfume Cartel.
- Refunds & Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.
- Exchanges & Store Credit: For eligible returns, you may choose to receive either an exchange or store credit.
- Final Sale Items: All discounted or sale items are considered final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these purchases.
- Returning Items in Perfect Condition: To qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit, returned fragrances must be in their original, pristine condition, suitable for resale. Please ensure they are securely packaged. We cannot offer credit for damaged returns.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee, along with any third-party payment processing fees, will be applied to returns due to personal preference or non-faulty items.
- Quality Control: We meticulously inspect and document each fragrance before shipping. If you believe there's an issue, please contact us promptly.
- Exceptional Cases: While we generally offer exchanges or store credit, exceptions may be made for fragrances that are unsafe, faulty, or significantly different from their description or sample.
